Terms & Conditions

Bookings


Bookings can be made for any session by telephone or email.  A Booking Form will be emailed to you ahead of your first session, and this should be completed and signed by yourself and emailed back or returned at your first session.


A confirmation email will be sent to you following your booking. 


Payment


Payment can be made by BACS transfer and bank details will be emailed to you or by cheque prior to your session.  Your payment secures your place and is non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before your session.  If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to rebook the same, or a different, session.


Cash payment can be made on the day


Cancellations 


Life happens!  If you need to cancel or change your booking more than 48 hours in advance please let us know as soon as possible and we will refund your payment or rearrange.


On rare occasions, MAMAHS may have to cancel a session, for example due to illness, and an alternative date will be arranged with you.  You will be notified of any cancellations as soon as possible by your chosen method of communication.  


Privacy


We conform to the UK & European Data Protection Laws & GDPR regulations.  Personal information collected by MAMAHS will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.
